Warren County Man, 31, Accused Of Selling Meth, Heroin, Prosecutor Says

A Warren County man accused of selling meth and heroin is behind bars, the county prosecutor’s office said Friday.

Johnathan Neceda, 31, is facing six third-degree distribution offenses following a five-week investigation by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and police departments in Hackettstown, Mansfield Township, Phillipsburg and Washington Township, Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said in a release.

Neceda, of Corliss Avenue in Phillipsburg, was charged with two counts of heroin distribution, two counts of possession with intent to distribute heroin, distribution of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, Pfeiffer said.

Each third-degree offense is punishable by up to five years in state prison.

Neceda was being held at the Warren County Correctional Facility.
